Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tidalist (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Tidalist is a task management application designed for users with ADHD and anyone seeking visual task management. The App provides:

• Task creation with photo attachments
• Visual time management and countdown timers
• Subtask management
• Recurring task scheduling
• Local notifications and reminders
• Completion streak tracking
• All features run entirely on-device — no internet required

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

In-App Purchases

Tidalist offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade (the "Pro Features") for a single non-recurring payment of $4.99 USD (or local equivalent). This purchase:

• Is processed by Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• Unlocks Pro Features permanently on the account that made the purchase
• Can be restored on new devices using the same store account
• Is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform provider's refund policy

No subscription. No recurring charges. No auto-renewal.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data
• Loss of productivity
• Business interruption
• Personal injury

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from:

• Device failure or loss
• App deletion
• Operating system updates
• User error

We recommend regularly backing up your device.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
