Welcome to FlexPace. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our habit tracking application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. FlexPace is a privacy-first application. All your data—including habits, completion records, and settings—is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.

2. How Your Data is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that receive or process your habit data. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it as a CSV file for your own backup purposes.

3. Permissions

FlexPace may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: Used solely to send reminders for habits you have configured.
• File access: Used only when you choose to import or export a CSV backup.

These permissions are optional, and the app functions without them.

4. Data Export

You can export your habit data as a CSV file at any time from Settings. We do not have access to exported data.

5. Third-Party Services

FlexPace does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services for your habit data.

6. In-App Purchases

FlexPace offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.

7. Children's Privacy

FlexPace is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

You have full control over your data: access it in the app, delete habits or all data in Settings, or export at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
